Through adhesives and lamination, we can combine different types of materials such as tapes, adhesives, supports and protectors to create a fully customised product to improve its performance, for example in terms of mechanical resistance, noise/vibration reduction or heat dissipation;

These techniques allow us to optimise application processes, bringing productivity gains for our customers, as they allow us to combine raw materials according to each customer's technical requirements and respective applicability;

Rewinding

By using the rewinding process, we can supply products with the desired length from the raw material in jumbos, which allows us to adjust them to the needs of our customers' production processes, reducing cycle times and waste;

Cutting Plotter

We have an automatic cutting plotter that allows us to cut flexible materials with high precision, creating parts in complex materials with the most varied dimensions and formats in order to optimise their use and reduce waste, such as: adhesive and non-adhesive components for sealing, heat dissipation, electrical insulation, fabrics, foams, cardboard, among others;

Cutting lathe

From the raw material in reels and jumbos, we have automatic cutting lathes to cut any type of adhesive tape in non-standardised widths. This process improves the application of the tape to the final product and reduces waste and application times;

Cut to size

From the simplest shapes to parts with a more complex format, our equipment is capable of producing technical solutions with the utmost precision that will optimise their application in our customers' processes. The use of die-cut parts allows for a reduction in the amount of material used and application time, whether this is done manually or automatically;

Flexographic printing

The flexographic printing process offers our customers the chance to personalise their adhesive tapes with their brand or messages. In addition to high-quality printing, our customers can choose from a wide range of adhesive tapes with different types of backing and adhesives. We offer a comprehensive service, creating the respective clichés, revising and adapting designs and colours;

Profile Transformation

The profile processing equipment enables foam profiles to be cut, bent and welded automatically according to our customers' technical specifications;

Foam and bubble transformation

Foam or bubble wrap processing equipment makes it possible to automatically cut and weld foam or bubble wrap, transforming the raw material into bags, sleeves and sheets that are normally used for packaging protection;
